I'd rather have a shorter vid (around 4-6 mins) with top quality animation than a long vid (10-15 mins) full of loops and lesser quality overall. So I see this as a win.

Its interpolation. As I understand it, it's basically taking two frames, and having your computer 'guess' at what the frame in the middle would look like. There's a lot of videos on the net explaining interpolation. It's an old technique.
The difference is double the frames, so the animation looks smoother. More fluid. I'm sure if you slow it to .25 FPS a second you could see the interpolated frames, but in motion it's indistinguishable from Rinhee's original work. Just, again, smoother.
Is it possible for someone to make a hard coded English sub version of Cinderella thanks in advance

Eh most of Rinhee video even though has like 10 minutes duration, most of it just a loop with uninteresting dialogue. Too much dialogue in fact.

Idk which "most porn" you are talking about, when in JAV they rarely talk when doing sexual activity. And realistically, people will not talk too much when doing it. They will just enjoy the moment. Even if you are talking about R-18 manga, the dialogue is not one sided, so it's not boring.
Also, there's difference between "has dialogue" and "too much dialogue"
In Rinhee vid, the character talk every second they can.

What make u think people realistically not talking when they had s0xual activity, never heard "role play"? And the reason why Rinhee make the girl the one who's only talking(which mean one side) because the paid member the one who ask him to always do that and never add man dialogue since they think its unnecessary, why they think its unnecessary? Cuz they want to fantasized to be the one who is talking with her is us the viewer while having s0x, once again its about "where there's demand, there will always be a supplier" they are the one who paid anyway i'm just one of many people that's got blessing of sharing from them, and i'm heavely grateful to that

Anyway if you don't know, total dialogue duration in Cinderella vid alone has like more or less 8-9 minutes duration, in 11 minutes vid (according to smi sub). That's a lot. Is she trying to tell the story about her teammates while doing sexual activity?
If you want to take example a Pov Hentai which has good dialogue, MastaPOV fall into that category.
