If you are using VLC, load the video file into VLC. In the menu bar, click on "Subtitle" and select "Add Subtitle File...". Navigate to the smi file and double click on the file you want. You can also right click on the video itself in VLC and go to "Subtitle" >> "Add Subtitle File...".
Alternatively, you can make sure the the smi file is in the same folder as the video file, not in a sub directory. Rename the smi file to be exactly the same as the name of the video file. Open the video file in VLC and the subtitle file should automatically show up.

I’ve always been curious where these 60fps videos come from. Were they made by someone else, or did the creator provide them? I’ve never seen them in his rewards.
