since the changelog for the beta and the public release is identical, there is no difference at all? asking this to find out if the multimod is safe to use.

when I play the episode 7 public version bury box event starts with Khloe and Val according to the walkthrough there is a stay and leave option will be there. but automatically choose to stay option in the game.is this some kind of bug?

it's because you missed the scene with Jenny and Khloe in the restroom, or Klhoe doesn't like you enough.

Their isn't much content in the new update it is needed for anyway. If you want an updated patch you will have to use the multi-mod.

Can you use the multi-mod for only incest, though? The other stuff seems game ruining for me.
