no, if you give him to the queen is lost to you.
you need to corrupt him with a willpower between 14 and 1 and keep him. in this case you will corrupt him, but erina will be able to purifying him when you confront her with edar and majorious when you sige the capital. if you corrupt him and give him to the demon queen with the same range of willpower he will broken the corruption and he will be destroyed by the queen force.

Though it's kinda surprising the game rewards you for leaving things half-done. Naturally if I'm tasked with breaking someone's willpower, I would made sure to lower it as much as possible.

any option give you some benefit here and there. it's mostly depend on what you want see.
i'm go full corrption and give to the demon queen. i hope when we start conquering her continent he will be relevant again for you.
It's likely objectively worse than having him fully corrupted. It's more of an easter egg path to give more insight into his character.
we got erina who just appeared after 6 updates since yuma came and has reached level 4, but yuma is still stuck at level 3. damn, i guess i have to wait another 1 years to play it again, can't wait to see the arrogant demon queen's subordinate become a slave
