Most romance routes can be turned into a casual version of them. You'll still get all the scenes, they'll just be a bit different to reflect their casual nature. Out of the top of my head, Eleanor, Seralli, Yda, and Evelyn don't have casual routes. Evelyn and Yda because their routes are weird, and Eleanor because I made her route way before casual routes were a thing and still haven't gone back to fix it. Seralli probably should have a casual route as well, but I just double checked and yes, that choice will lock you into a romance route with her. I'm not too sure why I didn't add a casual route, probably because Seralli is so direct in persuing a romance and I thought it would be cruel to keep her as just a fuck buddy... I'll see if I can add a casual route there, but at the very least I'll add the warning to the scene.
Not all, some characters, like Lena and Amelie, don't care if you sleep around. Some other routes you can opt for a casual version of the character's romance route, but for the rest it will lock you out of other scenes. I thought that all of them had a warning, but as you can see from my answer above, I seem to have missed at least one. Some others don't have a warning, that you'll get locked but you'll get a choice between comiting to that character or starting a casual romance. But the characters that will lock you into a romance route are Eleanor, Seralli, Evelyn, and Yda.
