must and needs to be avoidable, from the characters the MC interacts with, to the important decisions he makes throughout the story on how it unfolds, and all the way to the sex scenes.
Everything needs to be optional and avoidable and only happen if the player chose it to.
This isn't anything new, it's a basic, unwritten porn game rule all devs must abide by if they want to attract a larger audience to their games and lots of positive, instead of negative, feedback.
Most of us guys here hate femdom and don't want it at all in a game we playing, but if it's something you as the dev want in yours, we'll respect your decision. However, you should make it completely optional and avoidable, only available for the players who want to see it.

I haven’t considered adding NTR, and I don’t plan to include it.
If there is strong demand for NTR (and, if added, it will be optional), I could consider including it without any problem.

Brother, do whatever you consider is best for your game and whatever kink, fetish, thing you consider suits your story best, BUT please don't let others dictate you to add divisive content like NTR after you told us you don't plan to include it. Optional or not, that shit slows down the development drastically and makes most non NTR fans, the audience you seemingly trying to cater to, hate the LIs and avoid the game.

be completely honest about your intentions and the direction of your story from the get-go, there's no need for any "technicalities" or "but(t)s (unless we talking about more gorgeous women's asses, ofc
)" that would upset your fans and future supporters. You want something you like and/or think it's good in the game, go add it, but
let ppl know in advance about it so they won't have any reason to avoid the game or cancel their support and you can avoid an unnecessary headache.
