look under preferences you can disable rape there. but sjhould warn you doesnt this lesbian rape. all lesbian content is non disable content

There is filters to avoid such content. I think there might be 1 Hetro scene you might not be able to completely I forget the dev told me several times and I always forget. But she isn't the main character you play as but this is primarily a lesbian game it more of a story building scene for later.
