the pregnancy content is kinda disappointing, it adds a pregnant belly version to all of the final repeatable scenes with each character, a brief diary entry when you press C and a new ending but that's it

given the whole title of the game is "impregnation village" and the story you'd have thought it'd play a bigger role

He has to available after you lit up the second shrine (The one at the beach hut, east). Note that this version of the game still has various glitches and certain npcs just can't seem to be available (Haven't encounter one so far). Also, it might have to do with how many quests you've completed.
