I looked into the game's file, and no. The monkey event isn't added yet.

First go to the park, you will find the monkey on the corner OUTSIDE the park itself, it's like in that alley surrounding it

Next, you'll go to the library and read about monkeys and stuff

And finally you will have to go to the mountain ON THE EAST, not the hot spring mountains, but the ones located close to the beach where you find the squad of kids. You'll find the monkey as soon as you enter that place.

The monkey theme is a mod from Goblin's Mod? Or is another one? And if so, what is needed to activate o trigger the event.
