Not completely, there are a lot of H-scenes that are untranslated and I got a PM from someone I sent it to saying there are still some untranslated bits of the story later on in the game, but its the most translated version you can find as far as I can tell.

No i can't get past the second quiz i put everything in just right but somereson when i try to click out of the box everything goes back to my lang so i might have to change my pc to jap and try it that way. The easiest way to do it is have some one do it for me that's already past it. I just send him my save and he sends it back to me. But i will try the jap change it might just works.

Well shoot, only other thing I can think of is putting the game into RPGmaker and deleting the guy giving you the quizz

It's a quest objective for the main quest. You can't delete it that's why i commented i could use a helping hand if someone got past it.

There's a translation for the second game that removed the anti-gaijin trickery, its not posted on this site for some reason though
