i found how to fix it, you only need to chance the no unicode to japanese

I had to fix that manually, but I don't think I have the modified game files anymore. Long story short, there are multiple places in the code that check whether you play the game in Japan, with japanese locale and using japanese time zone. If you have a PC, you can install RPG Maker VX Ace, open the game project and go through the scripts, simply erasing these checks. It's nothing crazy even if you don't have a programming background. The one you mentioned is the "sleep for 10000 seconds" that gets at the end of every enemy's attack. Joiplay's built-in decompilation and recompilation will brick the game, and I am not aware of any other handy way to modify game files on mobile
