Really interested in this too. Already played S4U and EOY years ago in japanese and having to deal with puzzles designed to filter "gaijins" was so big of a hassle I don't even want to do it again...

That is literally what "animations" in all ROBF games are, except maybe Re:BF - did not play it; but I doubt anything has changed, no reason to.

Reuploaded and fixed.
And patch for those who already uploaded the previous version. Just copypaste data folder and game.ini into the game folder with replacement.

I am fairly certain the changes I made bypassed the anti-foreigner quizzes. The reasonable puzzles (in other words, no 10-30 question kanji quizzes) have been translated into English.
Tell me if it doesn't work, but you should just get a perfect clear by default.
I'm pretty sad they were in the game to begin with because tbh it's not like Asgar doesn't have English fans
who bought the game directly from DLSite (case in point: me)

It should be beatable but if not ask me and I'll give the solution in spoiler text.

It uses some form of RPGMaker so you can use rpgmaker save edit (its available somewhere here on F95) to add in an item called a glitterstick. That lets you reset skills.
