Dunno what it means, but I think it's additional sex content that was voted for by supporters of the game, then added into the game which can be unlocked via "bio-packs".

So as an update, I was mistaken to believe that the two builds are different. I really thought that the Itch build was the same one as the one from Patreon. Steam and Itch versions seem to be the same streamlined build. It's the Patreon build that has a lot of the Toro-Toro content.
On the Discord, it was a given that the Steam version is streamlined, but there was no mention about any differences in the Itch version at all. No mentions about Itch in the conversation at all either.
I hope this clears the fog up in the thread. Apologies for the confusion you guys.

Ok, I have finished the game at 97%, and i'm pretty sure to have unlocked all the gallery. What else do i have to do to reach 100 % ?
ok It seems that i missed certain scenes. I did reach them, but I didn't save my playthrough at that moment.

I remember Silver bild was here release with more content, and current version have less content, this thread updated to downgrade.
