older version is 'silver' tier (patreon)
newer version is 'iron' tier (public)
we're still waiting for a silver tier hero for current release.

there was an iron 3.11.0 version uploaded here. i'm guessing that is the one you are playing.
i just downloaded the zippy from OP, it's silver 3.11.0 and that pic opened for me.
So first i went into a dialogue, the dialogue screen mentioned a bunch of tscenes, and then i'm stuck in the dialogue screen.
