Here is the key word "mother". You can become a mother only after the birth of a child. Up to this point, even pregnancy does not give the right to be called a mother. With the same success you can call everyone who have sex without a condom - parents (and a woman "Milf")
There is a scientific definition of the word "mother" and it is rather strange to object to this.
"A mother is the female parent of a child".

Talking about pregnancy... is there any way to make the game NOT run at pregnant snail speed? Some actions (eg. Rogue bj) freeze to game for a few seconds.

I don't remember Oni ever drawing preggo, I remember he experimented with x-ray shots in mass effect art but nothing more.

How do you define 'event'? You can go swimming/etc with the girls, but right now it doesn't look like they go there of their own volition - you need to ask them to follow you then head to the pool.
