That guy is using a mod to get it early, for base game you have to be on day 40-45 to purchase them

Unless they're trying to run the game on Windows 11 with a Windows 7 virtual machine that's using BlueStacks to run the Android version with Joiplay, I don't think that it's worth trying to help.
