Pretty much, RLE has always been pretty light on that, it doesnt really have a plot beyond getting to fuck the girls.
If you want a game like it with X-men but an actual plot, play the Null hypothesis.

i don't get oni like its been almost a decade and he still doing the game alone like im sure he's doing the game all by himself and throughout the years im sure he racked up a bunch of money from his patreon yet why cant he hire help for fixing bugs or quicker development?

(just looked at his patreon, his patreon says he's earning almost 8k per month idk hw much money patreon take but im sure he still got alot from it)

Oni releasing an update and saying "...if you just want to enjoy playing the game, because I expect there to be some annoying bugs right now. If you just want to have fun, relax, wait a week or two and see how the bug reports are looking."

That's just shameful and disrespectful of his players. So you put out an update and tell us that it won't work correctly, so the solution is to wait 1-2 weeks... in that case : don't release your bugged update before you test them no?

That's just my opinion of course. Not cool.

The Null team is stringent about their roster (to a fault in my opinion, but I digress), but this game having only Evolution characters went out of the door roughly two years ago. Anyone asking for Galacta or anyone else from Rivals is completely justified at this point. That bootleg X-Men Bratrz game/'We Have RLE At Home' game has a higher likelihood of sticking to Evo. And we're getting close to a point where, instead of waiting for Oni and his patrons to decide who gets into the game next, we might as well use Koikatsu Party (or whatever other dating and sex sim that has a character creator and aesthetic that you prefer) to create and share the girls that we want and do whatever.

They only want to use characters that appeared in the comics from te claremont era ('75 to '96), the only reason why we have Laura is because since the game initially was a RLE mod, her assets were already done (since shes best girl) so they decided to just retcon her into showing up earlier in the events of X-men.

im pretty sure that one game will have pregnancy feature, eventhough it's still long way in the future, but it's a big plus compares to oni game

You have to get oral from Rogue, Kitty, Betsy, or Doreen (Maybe more girls have it, I'm not sure), then give oral to them by licking them. You have to do each 3 times, but it may vary as it took more like 5 times for it to proc for me. They'll say something like "I want to try something, and it switches to that pose".

Currently they are the only 4 with it tho I expect wanda will get one within the next 2 updates

You are absolutely right, how is it possible that a game that you download for FREE from a site like this is not perfectly optimized? It is a terrible lack of respect...

Your argument could have been relevant if we were talking about some leaked version (as it happened last summer with the game Space marine II) but the one we have here is the official one, released by the dev' himself and not leaked under development.
So yes, it is indeed a terrible lack of respect (and not only toward us pirates, as I said: the version we're talking about is the same his paying patreons got) to release an untested version of your work while promising a working one two weeks later.

This argument could stand if Oni were able to release scheduled updates but he obviously never heard words like "regular" or "planning". Anyone following his work learns quickly that updates come when they come, take it or leave it and we are used to wait at least four months (if not longer) between updates; two more weeks won't do a difference.

IMO, Oni hates the bug-hunting part of his work and every bug reported by the masochists playing those alpha-version is one less he has to find by himself; it's as simple as that.
