I answered this a while back. He didn't change the jaw line. The art assets are all the same. There's 2 heads. One with mouth closed and one with mouth open. Rogue's head is stuck on jaw open for some reason.

It needs to be updated. Oni reworked the GUI a bit to make it easier to manager (and it seems to be just a little faster). I have a fix ready but I'm waiting for the next update to make sure there isn't anything else that might crop up. 1.62d is pretty stable and out of the "DON'T DOWNLOAD" range and into the "It might be okay." range.
