miczisplay mentions having Mystique, meaning it is the Expanded Mod, not the vanilla version.
So no Jean yet, last I heard of it.
Complete guess, but maybe one is for friendship and the other is for sex? One is "Like" and one is "LikeS".

The teasing about the Halloween suits seems to imply a new update for finishing October. But the last version (.995) came late August and since a new one usually takes Oni 3 to 4 months, I'd be surprised to see the .996 before half-November, at best.

The existence of two likes for each other girl, and the S on the side possibly meaning Sex, would imply Oni had the idea that while some girls may get along better or worse, which may affect when they hang out together and if they'll let the new girl join the relationships, they would have different levels for if they would accept to join a threesome with the other girl.
It is an interesting idea, for a game with more things you could do with the girls together that would make them get along better or worse.
As it is, the fact it was found only in Jean means it was probably only added to her as a test, and if it is not in Ororo either the test either failed or he gave up on the idea.
