I think what makes this game so good is its simplicity, meet the characters that many have loved since childhood, do anything to get them excited and fuck them, simple and easy, and Oni's art is great, I think the fact that each developer tries to create their own story and small "world" with the protagonist in something that should be simpler ends up spoiling the experience.

If people are fine with getting milked that is on them.
And if Oni is fine with just doing the bare-minimum, at the most inefficient way possible just to milk it, that is on them.

I don't think anyone is saying that "it is wrong". Nobody is saying that that he is doing is illegal or that he should be stopped. It is not a matter of right or wrong.
Personally, I just feel like it is deeply unprofessional and a waste of potential for the game, which is why I stopped subbing.
It is not something that I would ever do and it is not something that I agree with, but since I stopped subbing it is not longer a concern. It is just regretful that this game and this developer ended up like this when it could be so much more.

Books are a one time gift per girl to rise a stat by 50 points. The only exception is the 256 shadows book for Jean, who will react differently (unless you have her already pretty high). Cologne has a few doses each, and when you use it, you get some sort of aura that unlocks a behavior from the girls that usually corresponds to higher stats. LIke, you just met Laura, for example, but with the corruption cologne she won't mind if you meet her naked in the shower. That kind of stuff.
