Default Cap is like that but in the comics, especially in Ultimate series, in Civil Wars or under Red Skull mind control he can get arrogant, authoritarian, belittling, paranoid and weapon like. Pair that up with Jensen Ackles Soldier Boy performance and we got Cap that's mean to MC for no reason on Chapter 1, then we learn more of the reason on Chapter 2 and resolve it on Chapter 3
I'd love to run a Civil War story arc in chapter 3 to let the player either redeem Cap in his full glory or setup his downfall

Cap is the moral bastion of the marvel universe, thats his defining thing.
See I'm not justifying anything. Cap is gonna be the way he is because i want/need him to be like that. He needs to be a towering, unreachable, dismissive, oldhead militant "you are all pussies" mentality, out of touch with the modern digital forms of media and warfare type figure for the first half of the game so I look at sources that pull it off with finesse
Ultimate, Civil War, Soldier Boy, Full Metal Jacket Sergeant Hartman name drops are just to get a feeling on what the character is like
If you get spotted by him in Air Carrier halls he might make you do 200 pushups for no reason, telling you to get stronger for America, but he's not full asshole, just a militant oldhead
Plus I need to definitively show the difference between Tony and Cap treating MC like the low level grunt he is at the start of the game VS an equal in the second half, when they are fighting to get MC on their side in the Civil War because it's literally what decides the outcome

I noticed a "change view" option in Wanda's wardrobe. Is there a way to have this with the other girls?

You can trigger the plan by just going to his office with the girl. Best use for getting caught is boosting stats by telling wheels to take the stairs.

- 69 pose for Emma. This should be accessed the same way as with other girls, do a little oral in both directions and it should activate. I may make it easier to access this with other girls once you've done it with at least one first. Just a reminder, this feature is currently on Rogue, Kitty, Emma, Betsy, and Doreen, it will be added to new girls over the course of the year with each update, as chosen by polling.

If you party up with a girl you can turn on "getting caught" by talking to Xavier in his office.
you can go to him with someone and activate the plan or deactivate it without having to get caught. idk how long any of you been playing but eventually you get bored nough to test every possible boundary of what you can and can't do.
