I've been following this game for about a year, but I'm still confused about some points, mainly regarding updates, since I only follow it here instead of checking Discord, Patreon, etc. Is the idea now just to add new girls endlessly, or will there be more gameplay loops? New areas, new interactions, story, etc.?
I don't want to start a discussion about the developer, but I want to know what to expect, since at some point there were updates like the shopping, going on dates, and similar features.

Oni adds basically new girls, but sometimes he adds news things, like the mall with jubilee update.

Break into his office at night with either Kitty or Storm and keep searching the left desk drawer until you get the photo of him and Mystique. It'll probably take you multiple nights of trying unless you're really into save scumming. After that when you're caught and brought to his office in the future you can have the girl use their powers to get him to let you do what you want. The girl needs to be a certain level (I believe it's 3) before they'll be able to successfully do it. You need to do this for each girl individually.

It just occurred to me that I'm using a Steam Deck as my main computer these days so I'll have a chance to evaluate the performance on a PC that doesn't cost three or four months worth of rent.
Oh, and to humor Kirby: I took me five minutes to realize that I didn't have to use q4wine to try to run these games (which failed), and that I need to run the .sh file.
LOL. Yeah, it takes a while to break out of the windows mindset.

You don't need to search thr desk for all the girls. Kitty needs to search the left drawer for the picture, but Storm needs to search the right for the files Xavier has about all the girls.

No you only need to find the picture once. You need to do the scene where the girl ambushes him for each girl. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Yeah the project is dead and/or indefinitely postponed, he was rebuilding the game in Godot and he last shared this unfinished Godot project for anyone that wanted to pick up the torch
