seems like the memory issues are coming from the game trying to use almost 2gb of ram, and that is causing renpy to crash, not to mention that the only .exe in the zip folder is the 32 bit one

I don't know that there's any value in reporting bugs here. I could be wrong, but I don't think the dev has a presence here.

Can be anything, maybe your RAM is broken or renpy tries to load a corrupted image or whatsoever. Do you get this error in other games too? If not, try to redownload the game.

If my ram is broken then I can't start my computer.

You could also try forcing a different renderer: shift+G -> Graphics Acceleration -> choose one of the three.
