I think you've turned off encounter other females in the options menu.

you gotta break up with her to really flesh out the story and open the world

not sure how but go on day 15 and it'll force most new character event

• go in shower (idk what time of day) will force jean
• go in class (morning and afternoon) and emma will play
• go in gym (afternoon or up) and laura will play

when all else fails, download newer version start a new game and transfer your old save into the new game
