Dates are quite expensive at beginning and you won't get a lot of points before you are able to fool around with girls there.
Dinner: Kitty's favorite meal is steak/ribeye ($20) which she likes to order herself (9 Love points)
Movies: Kity likes to pick a drama one (4 Love points)
Paying for her gets another 4 Love points or split 2 O-points or something.
Afterwards, compliment (if still available) for extra points, including date points so better save the compliment for the date, which basically could give almost the same like above for free and less time. Similar for the goodnight kiss (LOI600+, what means L+O+I>=600).
Gifting all magazines is definitely a better investment for more points at beginning, but in my current session the Avenger mag was enough combined with all the compliments and few study sessions before until I could finally manage to fool around with her at the end of the Halloween event.
The Halloween event is useful to gain free points on everyone (except still unsupported Wanda) once during one evening preferably when all girls have become available. That's about 21 points for Kitty alone there.
Gifting a dildo is another way to boost stats but it gives only 3x10 points from LOI500 on until you can get much more (3x30) when you hit LOI800 with someone.
Gifting the vibrator has a slightly lower requirements for points: LOI400/700. Inserting them for extra points is however much more demanding: OI1000+ or LOI1200+. The dildo is still more useful for sex actions than the vibrator, so rather save money for later here.
Gifting the buttplug on LOI1100/1400 is also too demanding for the start. It's basically only useful to increase a girl's "Loose" stat from 0 to 2 to instantly train a girl in anal to avoid negative lust points at beginning. Emma and Laura already start with Loose 2. Offhand anal dildo actions still provide more lust points in the long run although these can't increase the "Loose" stat; only primary (dildo) anal actions can do that.
Otherwise, the clothes are obviously also a great point gain but they are very expensive and usually require LOI1000/1200 for maximum point rewards.
The general best flirt is the "hug" which gains L1/O3/I3/Lu3 until you hit 900 on each stat.
The compliments always have a random factor included which can result in annoyances until you hit LOI700-1400.
"Danger Room" is best for the start, while "Tits" compliment earns most points from LOI1400 or I700 on.
All these compliments cease to become effective from values above 600-800 on with only few until you hit L900, that's why the "hug" sweet-flirt is a much safer and faster way to gain points until you hit 900 everywhere.
What to do after 900? "I love you" flirt and letting them swallow after anal can be repeated until you finally hit 1000. Besides, there are usually only one-time rewards like executing the plans versus Xavier (MC L5+), gifting all the clothes and toys, and certain other events.
Keep in mind that all the first-time sex action rewards stop at L900/O700/I800, so better "train" all your girls in these actions first before wasting points with the precious mag/toy/clothing gift point rewards which are valid until 1k. On the other hand, if you can already perform all sex action with someone, there is hardly much left to gain from maximized stats anyway, besides maybe letting them run around naked in public places and have fun there.
Btw, Jean has an invisible Inhibition reduction starting with 500 that is slowly decreasing, so even if she has like I750 at start, it's more like 250 effectively. The mechanic behind this reduction is quite complex.
