Not sure if anyone has run into this problem but when you tell Laura to turn around she'll remain that way the next time you want to be intimate, now that isn't the issue the issue is if you ask for a FJ she'll remain in that pose but she'll be giving a FJ with Rouge's legs/feet instead replaced... I had something like that happen to me but in an earlier build where she left her pants behind after I got frisky with her, it made me laugh to say the least.
Get her mad. Touch her cheek to get the addiction started and refuse to allow her to touch you later when she needs a fix. When she tries herself bat her hands away. Keep refusing till she finally gives up and is willing to do anything.
After breaking her this way she later apologizes for her attitudes and becomes a nice pet.
