Whatever's left of the Chonky Mod is all there is for now. There will most likely be no further development on the mod by Chonky himself. It's over - at least according to one of the posters on the Chonky thread. However sometime in the future there may be someone else who will choose to keep working on it. But I doubt that.

Had the same problem, main character needs to be Level 5. As soon as that happens, you'll get the option to make Xavier back off next time you are caught in public.
