Just finished my speedrun of banging each girl the day I meet them and I can confirm that it is possible (bar Jubes that you meet as your sleeping but you can bang her the next morning).
Is it even possible to make Jean and Emma like each other? They do the threesome, and even clean each other (Jean does it without persuasion, but Emma only after the order), but if I take both on a date and have fun with one of them, the other one going mad. And they refuse to sleep in the same room.

In my experience, Jean is the character that's the hardest to get almost any other character to sleep over together with, and Emma is the hardest character to convince to sleep over at all, so I think that particular combo might just take longer than normal to get to work

Wait. Where the fuck does MC go to make his "serum"? Dorm rooms are surely single-roomed, which he leaves the room so he's not doing it in the bedroom - where he has whoever stay during, showers are communal so I would assume this place isn't fancy enough for the bedrooms to have their own restrooms. I guess there's the broom closet or whatever that Gwen gets stuck in.

I once lived in a boarding school and each student had a single room with a shower, but not a toilet. So I find it reasonable that this could be the opposite and rooms had toilets but not showers. And the excuse you can tell yourself is that he stores the ingredients there, or needs fresh water to concoct it or whatever of that sort.
Now that Zero can swap gender at will in the lab, I say, we get the cute girl version of nightcrawler from evolution added to the game.
Well Nocturne (night crawler's daughter) and Marrow (around the time she joins the school and she starts controlling her powers, it was early 2000's or so) would be nice additions

Its literally an option to have them shave, look further.
just ask them to. change her->wardrobe->accessories. It's in the dialogue options and they'll comply as long as they give a shit about you.

Man, I wish Prime was still around so I could ask him to add the option of starting with the chicks already shaved. Or at least, the option to ask them to pierce without having seen them first. I like that type of thing.
