I think he means how weird the pants and boots look together. Those pants look better with just the high heels, and the mini skirt looks better with the boots. But Emma defaults to that combination.

yeah after you max all stats and levels you get to bang prof x. since your powers turn off others he becomes able to walk and can feel down there. you gotta be a girl tho

EXACTLY BRO, in fact that's a simple bug, I've been playing since they first added Emma, I remember the boots were part of the skirt set and not the pants.
