I think there should be a meeting scene (like gwen's vs others) and then this scene or this doesn't make much sense. The game is set years after the show. Rogue and Kitty don't need to "meet", they've known each other for years, and are in fact besties. The only one truly new is Gwen, as she isn't even from this reality. Betsy and Doreen are also new to the school, though the others were aware of their existence, regardless. Everyone else is well known to each other.

This is how it works:
Each girl has an affection stat with each other (in the files they show up like RogueX.LikeKitty/Gwen/Laura/etc)
To gain affection the girls need to do activities together, that means studying, showering, threeway dating, Threesomes, training, etc.
Then (this is very important) the girls need to be pent up, meaning that you have to decline their advances when they get horny, only then they will actively start "hanging out" with other girls. You can then walk in on them or give them a call while they are in the middle of the act.
Frankly I have mixed opinions on this, it lends itself to NTRshit and If Oni ever decides to add dudes then this system is bound to lead to those scenarios since he wouldn't need to do much to add them.

Lesbian relationships are fake so it doesn't matter when it's girls doing it tho.

I can actually do all of this without having to spend money by going to the showers all the time and keep giving them the most "amorous" dialogue choices and actions. They'll storm off at first, but then they'll stick around once they get used to it.

Yeah, I think it's a specific drawer and whether or not it has cash is random. It's been too long since I've looked at that code so I don't remember for sure. I think you can get a key or have Kitty unlock it for you.
