Yeah, there's sending Kitty to yoink clothes and psychic handjobs from Jean and that's pretty much it. Granted I can't think of much sex related stuff you could do with the other powers. I can think of a few.
Rogue Could steal another girl's powers while incapacitating them for a few days
Kitty Aside from stealing clothes she could have discreet sex through clothes maybe
Laura No idea lol, maybe she could have a special scene where she fucks (rapes) you for several days straight if you don't tend to her needs, leaving you in a temporary drained state
Emma/Jean/Betsy (all the telepaths) Jean and Betsy have their own gimmicks, I guess Emma could help you boost a girl's stats every now and then using some subtle mental manipulation shit. I feel like oni could do a lot more, like give Betsy the ability to body switch, Jean could mind control and Emma could paralyze girls for your pleasure or something

Honestly, this setting has a lot of untapped potential. Not even null hypothesis dares to go even a tiny bit over the edge when it comes to mutant powers.

The sex just kind of assumes that it works like you have a penis.
But the dev did a good job of working sexual orientation into the conversation with the girls, so that feels more natural.

There are some distinct differences. For starters, the girls won't be embarassed and will be willing to shower with you present before you romance them, they will also question your sexuality if you make moves on them to make sure that you were in fact, flirting with them, the sex scenes play out as normal, but without semen obviously so there's no eating option during the cleanup phase, there's a strap on as an alternative as well, and they call you gender-specific titles like Momma instead of Daddy and Ma'am instead of Sir and so on.

She does have some pretty good ones individually, Innocence lost, target X, her 2010 to 2012 X-23 run, deadly regenesis and a good chunk of all-new wolverine.
Then shes also been in the new X-men (2004) and X-force, and the main team pretty regularly before the mainline X-men comics turned to utter shit.
