New girl vote? I didn't even remember them. Some one ask Oni to make classic version or Rogue, they have weak similarity with Evolution Rogue, this vould be gold. Also big Marvel women - She-Hulk, Mystique, Black Cat, Kamala Khan.

What actually happened to the pullback option when you were about to come?

Sorry for the quality, the F95 forum converts all images to AVif images. This destroys the animation in WebP images. And I can't figure out how to create animated AVif images with GIMP. So GIF is the only option.

Squirrel started off as a mutant and got retconned. Poole is the opposite, having retconned herself as a mutant by the time she became a full character in the game.

And I work on Linux. (Not even ten horses could drag me back to Windows).
Adobe does not see the need to release on Linux. Sooner or later, this will be their downfall (for this and other reasons).

And AVif is a completely free format. It's only a matter of time before GIMP can do that too.

I wouldn't try making them in GIMP; instead, treat it as a video workflow. The only difference between making your typical video and an AVIF is how you mux it.

If you've never used FFmpeg, this would be a good time to start. It can convert existing animations (such as a GIF or APNG that you made with GIMP) into other formats, or

GIMP is designed for static images. There are way better tools for animation. Plus, you don't want your image editing tool to do too many things because a) it just creates bloat for the program b) the tools for animation in an image editor will never come close to that of a video editor and you will out grow it really, REALLY fast (speaking from experience from back in the late 90's early 2000's) c) learning just a bit of FFmpeg opens a lot of doors.
But if you must use gimp, there is a plugin for animated avif. But, again, I really would recommend just using something designed for videos.

I can create excellent animated WebP images with GIMP. I did this for the F95 forum. Explanatory images such as how this or that works in rogue-like evolution.

The switch of the F95 forum on AVif destroyed all these images. Only the first image is displayed.

I don't really see animated GIFs, WebP and AVif images as videos. More like a slideshow in one image.

But let's leave all that aside. That's not what I'm concerned about.

I want to know what happened to the pullback option in rogue-like-evolution. When did it disappear?

I only play the Prime Mod and the XMod. The basic game is boring once you've played it with one of the mods.

Anyway. You'll have to forgive me. GFX/digital imaging is my specialty with two degrees to show for it, and universities teach and provided access to Adobe, not GIMP, Affinity, DaVinci or Vegas. And I still have a bone to pick with the... enthusiastic (to put it as nicely as I possibly can), side of the Linux userbase. Less live-and-let-live exchanges over the years continue to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth and a chip on my shoulder.

With all that said: Using video would clean up the presentation if your clips. OBS and DaVinci have Linux versions. 480p at 2 to 4 mb/s works well on this site's size limit for video - even if the time limit seems to be around 40 seconds.

That's all well and good, but I'm not interested in any of that. The GIF images served their purpose, even if they don't meet my quality standards (and I apologised for that; it wasn't meant to start a discussion about GIMP or Photoshop).
