I think only certain girls though have it able to be unlocked though for their 69 pose..not all yet I tried with Gwen and she just wouldn't attempt it so that'll assume her 69 pose assets aren't in yet.

Correct. Oni's back filling it but not every girl has it so far. So far, the only characters that have a 69 pose are:
Rogue, Kitty, Emma, Betsy, Doreen, Laura, Wanda and Storm.

I'm still stuck really on how to actually acquire Wanda after getting Doreen..I've seen other's ask and some say that Wanda has to happen before Doreen as anytime I've gone to see Prof-X I never had the option for sending Doreen home.

Check on the options, theres one that disables new girls from beig introduced.

Not too bad 8 girls with it out of 11 so 3 to be caught up most likely gonna happen after he releases another new girl or 2 then he'll be behind on the back filling again...a vicious circle/cycle...rinse and repeat.

Well, no. Wanda's the latest girl and she came with 69 on day one. New characters get them by default. As per the post on May 3rd:

Ok, time to pick the next girl to get a 69 pose for version 1.63. So far we've had Rogue, Kitty, Emma, and Betsy and Doreen got them by default (and Wanda will as well, as a new character). Remember, this only chooses who gets the pose next, they'll all get it eventually.

Oni, if you ever somehow read this; please consider fully animating / posing threesomes and girls playing with each other, the Storm / Emma story thing was a step in the right direction.
And it'd be amazing if the girl we're busy with could also do things to / with the secondary one.
