The mod is pretty great with all the customization there is for the 3 released girls, and if you haven't seen the art for mystique in the mod, it's a bit rough, but charming in it's own way. It's alright overall, but it is built up from an earlier build of the game, so there are quite a few things not implemented and not fixed. As long as you understand that, the mod is a great extension.
The slow change was an issue that came up with a change Oni made. It does kinda suck, but as long as you are patient with it, it's fine. There's unfortunately no way to change the image quality, however.

For the level of your sick it might be the actions command? Possibly? For Emma to go full nude, you'll need her inhibition to be maxed anand hopefully you've done the Prof X event with her.
Other then how to unlock Emma or that buying books and giving to the girls gives a lot of love/obedience/effection there isen't much that requires a walkthrough. Depending on what kind of relationship you want with the girl you simply choose actions that adds to those values.
