Carmen is a female name, sometimes its used as a last name, for example: "del Carmen" (del means from)because there are cities and so called "carmen" here and last names evolved weirdly in spain . So there are males whose last name is "del carmen" but you will never see a man called Carmen. I think there is a male form "Carmelo" but im not completely sure if it has the same root

In italian we have Carmine as male name and Carmela as a female name, however Carmine is not very common name in my region as far as I know. We do also have Carmen as an acquired foreign name, but it's only used for females as far as I'm aware.
I don't know why I felt the need to give my two cents.

Is it just Emma's that's not working for you? I got Plan Rho with Storm to work, but my current save file is from a previous version where I already completed everyone else's plans, so I could only check hers to confirm it still worked.

You & the girl have to be level 5, she has to have high enough stats (offhand I think the check is 850 total, but it might just be 600 inhibition), and for Kitty & Storm you have to have blackmail material that can be found in the professor's desk at night.

And the girls can be aged us to 18 with little problem, as Weiss, Yang, and Blake were 17 when the show first started, and are 19 as of volume 9.

I hate to explain jokes, but here we go:
Ryan Haywood was a personality on Achievement Hunter, which, like RWBY, is under the Rooster Teeth banner. Despite being married (though probably divorced now, I didn't check) Ryan has been accused of having sex with multiple female fans at conventions, some of which were underage. Some of the girls say that they were manipulated into having sex with him because he'd give them a sob story about his failing marriage, or whatever other tactics he'd use with those who had/have mental illnesses. Some alleged that, despite telling him not to cum inside, that he would take off the condom and ejaculate inside them anyway. And another accusation that I remember is that he was too rough with some of the girls; not exactly the rape that people were looking for, but there you go. When all of that came out (along with nudes of Adam Kovic of Funhaus [which was a rebrand of Machinima's Inside Gaming which was previously known as Inside Halo when Halo 3 was really popular] jacking off in the offices and fucking his wife without his wife knowing that he was filming it), Ryan (and Adam) got fired. He was denounced by his former coworkers, and videos that alluded to Ryan's behavior were removed. He tried to make a comeback on Twitch, but that was met with immediate backlash. I haven't heard about him since.
So, in short, Ryan Haywood is not known to be a very nice person due to the accusations of him being a sexual predator and pedophile.

Yes, I noticed she's extra feisty here. Though I did make the mistake of unlocking Emma (both morning & evening classes) & Jean on the same day out of sheer habit. That minor hiccup aside, I just now have to deal with the odd shower insta-death now and again as I continue to make slow progress.
It's definitely a fun version to dabble with, particularly as I'm seeing (what may be) a bug that I think should be the intended behaviour (ie: it blocks one of the ways I abuse the system.)
