Think about it, it'd annoy everyone. Those who don't want preggo would have it there; those who want preggo, would see how little and lame it is, and find it unsatisfactory.
He could also add an android port which is so buggy and broken it'd bring your phone to boiling temperatures just by booting it up, and then crashes with the first dialogue.
It's quite on brand.
