It's the natural end-state for any harem game. Once you summit every hill, you create some of your own. I don't particularly want pregnancy right this moment, but if the game hits a finished and shipped state (lol) I'd be remiss if it doesn't include pregnancy.

This is a good question. I can only assume it's because this game attracts pregnancy lovers. Although that just ask the question of "How come so many pregnancy lovers actually loves this game?".
