In general girls need a mix of two stats or more to put out (out of Love, Domination, inhibition, that is) and high lust lets you do certain actions early some times.

Here are some small tips for each girl:
Rogue: Easy lay, just play normally, give her attention and you can coerce sex quickly through addiction
Kitty: Probably the most annoying girl to level up, take her on a date and she'll start opening up
Laura: Fairly straight forward, susceptible to addiction. You can also call her a whore during the Halloween event to get a special scene (works better if you have high Domination and not gotten far with her yet).
Emma: After meeting her in class you go to the classroom during the evening on Monday, Wednesday or Friday to catch her masturbating. After fondling her tits and giving her some attention she'll let you fuck her fairly easily.
Jean: You have to treat her like a stray dog and be mean to her whenever possible. Once she has enough Domination she'll never say no to anything you do. If you want a challenge you can go for the "pure" love simping route and she'll throw a special line at the end, but it's hardly worth going for it.
Storm: Go to class on Tuesday or Thursday, you'll get an event about being distracted that goes like: Your tits distracted me -> Fondle tits -> Ok lets stop -> Repeat until she lets you fuck
Jubilee: She will always accept to do blowjobs day 1 as long as you have enough privacy. She will get cold feet and you can repeat the request several times until she doesn't complain. Easiest lay by far.
Gwen: If you played the conversation tree right she'll let you fondle her tits after doing her events with the other girls and you can go from there.
Betsy: She puts out quickly even when I want to take my time, just beee yourself
Wanda: You can see her tits early if she is wearing the red mesh outfit, aside from that haven't noticed anything special with her, just play as if she was Rogue/Kitty

Other tips: Gifts (clothing and books) Trivialize the game, peeking in the showers trivializes the game, cologne (after day 50) trivializes the game, heavy addiction trivializes the game. Honestly if you are having trouble just do any of the above and you'll completely solve the game, it's not hard.

That said, what's new this Version?
- Wanda's front facing sex pose.
- Laura's 69 pose.
- Various other minor improvements.

Fixed this build (hopefully?):
- The crash bug in Laura's 69 pose.
- Also various other effects on that one should work better, like the licking animation.

I'm also at work on the poll winning "Rogue and Kitty" scenes, and plan to get those out within a few weeks as a part of this overall version. I'm having a lot of fun with it so far.

I`m sry but i can`t get her to do anything special. How exactly does that work ?
Also do you mean to tell her she looks like a protitute ?
I feel like I`m doing something wrong.
Except for Love which is at 935 all bars are full.

Prostitute, whore, potato pohtahtoh, Anyway It triggers randomly afaik, you are probably too far into her relationship to trigger anything. You could try talking to her to trigger it since it should technically work after she leaves the Halloween party early (you will know when all characters are there but she isn't) then at some point she drags you to her room and starts a conversation with something like this:

Gameplay-wise is the best way to start the relationship since you get some easy points. Tho I don't like doing it.

On one save I decided to not date any of the girls and instead just keep them in the fuck-buddy range and having to shoot down Laura's and Jube's confessions may have been the most difficult things I've done my entire life. Being mean to Squirrel Girl is kinda funny, but seeing that "Laura wanders away in a daze" text physically hurt.
