Gwen drawing is vastly superior to Jean's. That alone should of gotten people to vote for Gwen. In fact, out of all girls I find Jean's art was the weakest (sex positions make up for it now). Yet she still won.

Storm could always be a general staff member, she could field different positions. For example, she and Emma could be teachers on different days, or she could be in charge of the danger room. Or just like a councilor or something. Always room for another teacher.
