Wearing a vibrator during everyday life has been standard since the last version without a mod. Okay, you have to get the girls to wear it first. But it does go.
Wearing an anal plug at all times should actually be included in the standard Oni version.
Otherwise, I only knew in the Prime Mod of the game that you can control the anal plug remotely, either when you're standing in front of the girl or over the phone (which is funny in class when she's on the other side and you only do that groans heard across the room).
