Pretty sure everything in 994 is meant to be just reworking the code of the entire game essentially not so much adding things.

Yeah exactly that. If the number hasn't changed unless you care about bugs you can ignore it

So far the only new thing I'm seeing from 0994h is that if you're doing lewd interactions towards the girls without closing doors, people can walk in on you now. They do it very often too, even with the addiction levels being low.
