Under normal circumstances, Psyloche, and the squirrel show up within around day 14 if you bum rush though everyone else' entrance into the game. Wanda should appear a few days after.

I’m referring to the point when you set the clothing choice for daily wear, she never agrees to walk around naked like the other girls.
