It'd probably still take him the same amount of time since the only art he's done (assumption on my part) for Gwen is her easter egg bits. This is another assumption on my part, but seeing how the last poll and this one are going, the majority doesn't seem to want Gwen, or at the very least would rather get other girls first.
If I had to bet, I'd put my money on the next poll seeing Jubilee and Wanda being the next ones to go up against Gwen for next pick. All those Storm votes will go elsewhere, probably not Gwen, and that woman will get a massive boost in numbers. In the end who knows though, Gwen could gain massive popularity from out of nowhere and be voted for in a landslide. In the end it's all speculation on who will win, but I don't think we'll be seeing Gwen any time soon unless Oni really wants her in enough to say fuck it and do double the work should Gwen keep losing.
Would be interesting to see the results of a Doreen vs. Gwen poll though, assuming we ever get to the point where Oni stops adding women to the game.
