That's only possible in my mod, the base game is hard-coded against anything other than masturbation/dancing during that scene.

For my mod:
Lower your Rep under 100 by getting physical with other girls in public, and get your level above 7 before the first day you meet Emma, she goes wild for bad boys so you get stat boosts. Be as forward as possible during her first conversation. When you catch her in the classroom later that night ask her for a bj and she'll demure, but if she likes you enough she'll offer a handy instead. You can progress from there.
