Man, you can clearly see the shift.
All the girls seem like they belong to the same game up until Jubes, then Gwen, Betsy and Doreen look like they are from something else entirely, and then we return to the same game with Wanda.

There was a comparison earlier that I can't find. But you are right, there's a definite trend going on here.
Take this comic here for example from 10 years ago and then compare to PE body types. Remember he also did a set 3 years ago.
For Rogue's face I say it's too elongated. Too long compared to other art he's done of her. For Kitty, could it be the flat coloring of the upper lip with no outline? Or just the way it looks in that position? Maybe too large? You're onto something for sure.

I can't really say on kitty, just something about the lips is wrong. But on Rogue, i think most of the problem definitely is from the cleft chin.

Jubes is one of my favorite designs but I agree on the rest. Betsy feels too wide. Gwen it's just the weird ass way her head bends when she BJs. I like Wanda for the most part but I think her lip shape is off when she BJs.
