Theres a toggable option that disables new girl introductions, check to see if you have it activated.

Actually, asking for a save of a renpy game is a pretty bad idea. Renpy save files are in what's called a "pickle" format. Where binary python code can be embedded into it. Potentially malicious ones. The cheat mod is probably the safer option.
The truth is, there's been plenty of save files posted on this thread if someone just searches for it. People always come on here and ask without search so most people are just tired of replying.
