Theoretically, three to four months between updates (yes, quite the slow pace). In practice, Oni is more skilled at making excuses than keeping to his own schedule so the updates are usually a few weeks late.
Since Wanda is complete, the poll winner should be introducted in the next update. So, if Illyana does win, I think you may see her in the game by the end of the current year.
My superpowers don't include mind reading through the internet so I have no idea when was the last time you played this game, which makes it hard to answer your question. All I can do is tell you the girls in the game for now:

Technically speaking gwen is on topic, she self retconned herself into being a mutant near 2020 iirc, because her comic was getting canned

Yes, in Rogue Like I already activated the console, I just don't know how to use it, or rather, use the commands and that.
Maybe there's nothing to it, but could anyone clarify what buying the "Allow Rogue to touch" option in the leveling menu does? Does it unlock any scene, or even just dialogue?
