anyone got the console command on how to force a girl's intro appearance because I wanna check the new gal out. Waiting the amount of time is eh, is there such console command I can just force the intro out of order?

It's per character so you'd have to know which character you want to meet to look for it.

How do you mean per character exactly? I'd have to know the correct names with the console codes?
The renpy code does a jump or call to each scene that introduces the character. So you'd need to know the scene name. And said scene names are not all uniform. For example, Doreen is DoreenMeet but Jubilee is Jubes_Meet. Generally, it's <username>Meet but some have preludes and some have <username>Meet2.
So yeah, you need to know which girl you want to meet to look up the proper scene name and know to jump or call to that scene name.
That's the neat part.. you don't..

Well, that`s not all of it. Relationship and girl(s) stat(s) are in xxx (don`t remember now) file. So, mod this and girl(s) will hate from the first meet. Also, you can edit sex count, cheat (you on girl(s)), anal stat (loose or close), seen naked, what she is wear (even nothing is ok it hat case) and many other things. All of this make girl(s) to love you, or to hate.
Have Kitty with you and go into Xavier's office at night. One of the drawers will randomly give you incriminating pictures of Prof X.

Yeah, you can definitely do all of it via console commands and stuff. No one's disputing that. I'm just answering that some of it is, I don't think all of it is possible without a console.
There is. I just don't know it off the top of my head. I do know the answer for the latter half of your question off the top of my head so I gave that first.

Ok. No, you can`t do it without console. Whatever you do, will rise either obed/love. And, as you can guess, it will progress your relationship with girl(s). So, only console or change variables in files.
PS.
Ok, file name is "script Girls.rpy"
Here you can edit some stats like: sex count, how much girl X likes girl Y, girls Schedule(where they are at different time), what she wears (you can undress her, and there will be 0 complaints), how much she swallow, had anal sex etc.

There is another file "girl_name_Scenes.rpy" (example - Emma_Scenes.rpy), find next
$ EmmaX.Love = 300
$ EmmaX.Obed = 0
$ EmmaX.Inbt = 200
This is Emma`s stat at the beginning. Change them up to easy game, or down them to increase difficulty.
