Ehh kinda, it's not the most stable and fluid renpy project out there and updates seem to be going backwards, but it's still good, better with mods
Tends to get choppy and more crash prone on longer saves, not too mention corruptions

After sleeping with several characters, the lag is enormous.

naw there's hickups every now and the the animations get desynced or your dick starts clipping like don't get me wrong it eventually tightens up but this still feels like a classic newgrounds flashgame that branched out

Yeah, thanks but no thanks. I don't play games for waiting. Game should have been renamed to "Rogue Lag: Evolution" years ago.

The problem isn't even lag itself, even the loading time of the game isn't too bad at like 15-20 seconds, the main problem is the fact that it stutters and freezes like crazy at random points and that you are better off not using the scroll wheel to rollback text because the game will just implode all thanks to shoddy coding.
Sometimes the vents of my pc light up because somehow a renpy vn is heavier than a triple A
