Mainly because Oni (the dev) has absolutely no intention of finishing the game; his purpose is to milk his patreons as long as he can.
And incidentally, the same Oni is totally unable to plan a schedule and stick to it, making what he wants to do (to keep adding more and more girls from the Marvel franchise) real slow.

Decided to play the update, whoever pointed out that Oni made Rogue's jaw larger was right. Compared it to the last version Prime worked on to this. It also seems like part of her face was made smaller too, now she has that same look that autistic girl in the Last of Us show has got.

Maybe im wrong, but i don't think oni change anything in the sprites, he just fucked up the code and the sprite of the head just go a little low.

well i have no idea why oni changed rogue face, he changed the size of the head sprites but made 2 sets of the base sprite
the second set is big jaw rogue, looking at the code i find something interesting to

Huh, i think i understand, oni now use the originals blowjob sprites for the base instead of the original sprites for the head, likely the blowjob sprites are bigger and with more image quality? But in the bad side, they have bigger jaw, because in first place they are used for sucking dick with the mouth open.

I did wonder what the game would do if I add Xavier as a girl in the harem, but I don't think he's even a character class I can add into the harem list.
I answered this a while back. He didn't change the jaw line. The art assets are all the same. There's 2 heads. One with mouth closed and one with mouth open. Rogue's head is stuck on jaw open for some reason.
